About me

On the business side…

I am the Founder of former President of Pump It Up, the Inflatable Party Zone. I founded the company in 2000, and grew it to the largest Children’s recreational franchise system in the country. I sold majority ownership in 2007, and have been working with my family in business ever since.  I am proud to say that I grew the system to $70 million in sales prior to my departure. I still am a major stakeholder and am very excited for the current expansion internationally! Currently over 10 million children a year visit a Pump It Up nationwide, and I think that this is one of my favorite accomplishments to date!

I now am the founder of TeamFranchise. I enjoy helping others launch their dream.  I love to brainstorm new concepts as well as mentor teens in their pursuit for individuality and personal success. I have always loved working with teens and still find our young adults to be the most inspirational folks to be around!

I have found a true passion for coaching, inspiring and empowering men and women to reach beyond their ‘perceived’ limits, and to not only think outside of the box, but to actually step outside of the box…Like I mentioned earlier, I like to brainstorm…ALOT! To me, there is no limit to the imagination, and to the ways that we can approach an issue..business or personal.

On a personal note, I am on a spiritual enlightenment journey myself. Although I have the same life & business issues arise, I now handle them very differently. I believe in living in the present, and am so excited to help anyone else on this same journey. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and have three amazing young kids; 23, 22 and 16. I

How do I spend my spare time? There is nowhere I would rather be than with my family, friends and my dogs. I also enjoy making jewelry, collecting vintage, watching my son play baseball, meditating, creating, reading, inspriring and writing.
